I cannot call myself a music encyclopedia. I know people who know far more than I do, and every time I see them and hear them talk about it—about artists, musical genres, or how certain events have changed the music scene—I listen, fascinated.

Yet, in reality, I have always moved forward by letting myself be carried by the only current I felt was right: the one I truly wanted to follow.

And even if I would never be able to reach such a level of knowledge, I would still be able to enjoy and appreciate the songs that accompany me through every part of my existence. I listen to a bit of everything. I find that every song always has something to tell, and I would like to give anyone the chance to discover new tracks, new artists who might accompany them along their own journey, their own current.

Someone makes me dance, others take me to new worlds, making me appreciate simply being carried by that current. It is a journey that I cannot—and perhaps should not—really define. I only know that there have often been genres and artists that stayed with me for a while, becoming part of certain periods of my life. The desire to bring music into my small creations is a goal I would like to achieve: to make different things communicate with one another, in the best possible symphony.

Every drawing and every feeling has its own melody. Every piece of graphic design can evoke sensations through a song, and even being able to imagine that possibility makes swimming feel a little more peaceful. It is simply us, and perhaps that should be a little comforting. Listen, and swim into these depths. Dance however you can.
